We are pet-friendly at The Courtyards of Chanticleer. We allow up to 2 pets in the home. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the first pet and $150 for the second. The monthly pet rent is $30/month per pet. All pets must be approved by management; PRG reserves the right to approve or deny pet applications.
Held at the leasing office normally but with COVID some delivery drivers are leaving them at the residents doors.

When you first apply, there is a $50 application fee due for each applicant. At move-in, a one-time, nonrefundable amenity fee of $200 will be charged, along with a security deposit, which starts at $500 and may range up to one full month’s rent depending on the results of your credit and rental history check.

Yes, Water, sewer, trash, storm water and admin fee (all paid to the office). Electric is paid to Dominion Energy. Cable and Internet is paid to Cox communications (if you elect services). Renters Insurance can be billed through the office or paid to any company of your choosing.
Guests are allowed up to 2 weeks. If they are staying longer they would need to apply and be added to the lease.

264 Exit 21 First Colonial Road, turn right on Laskin Road, turn Right on Winwood Drive. Currently Winwood Drive is closed so you must follow the detour and turn right on Freemac Drive, Right on Reynard Drive and then left on Automne Circle. (or use your GPS lol).
